À quels points les français sont-ils fous?


Can you spot a cultural difference in the photo above?

Yes, milk and orange juice, for the most part, are not refrigerated here. There are cold versions available at the grocery store, but it seems much more common to keep a stockpile of the special ultra-pasteurized kind in the cupboard so it's there when you need it. Frankly, it makes sense and the way it is treated is completely safe, but there's just something about having room-temperature milk on your cereal that's a little strange.
